APPROACH & CLINICAL METHODOLOGY
Integrative Approach
I work within an integrative framework, combining evidence-based modalities from psychotherapy and clinical psychosexology. The selection of therapeutic tools is tailored to the individual, their unique challenges, and life context rather than adhering strictly to a single model. The goal is not merely fitting symptoms into a diagnosis, but understanding the underlying mechanisms that maintain difficulties and impact daily functioning.
PRACTICAL CLINICAL FRAMEWORK
My practice incorporates clinically proven modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside third-wave approaches (ACT, DBT, MBCT), Schema Therapy focused on deeper core patterns, and modern clinical psychosexology. The therapeutic journey is process-oriented — centering on psychological mechanisms rather than solely on symptoms or diagnostic labels.
PROCESS-ORIENTED THERAPY
The therapeutic process involves developing a shared understanding of your challenges, defining clear goals, and identifying the mechanisms sustaining specific behavior patterns. This ensures that change is not merely symptom-level, but transforms how you experience emotions, respond to challenges, and relate to others.
SOMATIC & NERVOUS SYSTEM INTEGRATION
I integrate neuroscience and contemporary nervous system regulation into practice. Combining psychological approaches with a somatic perspective allows for a deeper understanding of stress responses, somatic tension, and emotional patterns held at a physiological level. This is particularly vital when addressing chronic stress, emotional regulation, intimacy, and sexual health.
THERAPEUTIC ALLIANCE & SAFETY
The therapeutic alliance forms the cornerstone of effective therapy. I provide a non-judgmental space where difficult experiences can be explored safely, replacing self-criticism with self-understanding. In relational and psychosexual work, I emphasize transparent communication, identifying core needs, and rebuilding trust and intimacy.
TAILORED THERAPEUTIC STRUCTURE
Therapy is never a rigid template or a quick symptom fix; it is built on a comprehensive understanding of your unique psychology. Every phase of treatment is continuously adapted to your evolving needs, maintaining a process that is safe, structured, and focused on sustainable change.
