Scope of Collaboration
Services
Work begins with an initial consultation, which makes it possible to establish the nature of the difficulties, the goals and the most appropriate form of further work. Depending on your needs, the process may be individual, couples-based or specialist.
Initial consultation
A first meeting whose purpose is to understand your situation, your difficulties and the context of your life. On that basis we establish the possible directions of further work and the right form of support. The consultation is diagnostic in nature and serves as the starting point for the process that follows.
Individual psychotherapy
A process directed at changing the way you function emotionally, cognitively and relationally. It covers both current difficulties and deeper patterns of response. The aim is a lasting improvement in quality of life, a better understanding of yourself and greater psychological stability.
Couples psychotherapy
Work on the relationship itself, covering communication, conflict, closeness and difficulties in the emotional and sexual sphere. The process focuses on a better understanding of each other's needs, reducing tension and rebuilding safety and the quality of the relationship.
Clinical psychosexology
A specialist area addressing difficulties in sexual functioning, intimacy and close relationships. It covers, among others, difficulties with desire, sexual tension, satisfaction, anxiety, and the relationship between sexuality and emotions.
Work in crisis and psychological overload
Support for people experiencing intense stress, emotional overload or destabilised functioning. The aim is to regain balance, reduce tension and restore the capacity to function steadily in everyday life.
Relationships and interpersonal functioning
Work on difficulties in building, maintaining or understanding close relationships. It covers attachment patterns, communication difficulties, recurring conflicts and the patterns that shape the quality of both professional and private relationships.
Working Format
All processes are conducted online, which ensures continuity of work, discretion and the ability to stay in contact wherever you are. In selected situations the form of collaboration can be adapted individually to the needs of the process.
Pricing
Individual and specialist work (including clinical psychosexology) is arranged individually after the initial consultation, based on clinical goals and needs.
