\n\t\t\t\t\t\tI\u00a0consent to the processing of my personal data, including special category data concerning health that I\u00a0disclose during online psychological or psychotherapeutic consultations, by Unbreakable You Angelika Urbanek, for the purpose of concluding and performing a\u00a0contract for the provision of psychological services and of keeping the records relating to those services. I\u00a0am aware that the basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(h) GDPR, and that refusing to give this consent makes it impossible to book an appointment and to receive online psychological services.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
